OAB Campus Introduction & Outreach Initiative Begins at CVASU

As part of the OAB Campus Introduction & Outreach Initiative, OAB Foundation organized its first introductory session at the Faculty of Fisheries, Chattogram Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (CVASU), on 03 August 2026. The session was designed to introduce students to OAB Foundation, its journey, mission, vision, ongoing programmes, and future plans. It also created an opportunity to discuss the important role of young people in addressing social and environmental challenges. During the session, discussions focused on Climate Action, Climate Justice, Renewable Energy, Youth Leadership, Skill Development, Volunteerism, Women’s Empowerment, Child Development, and Sustainable Development. Students were also introduced to various initiatives of OAB Foundation and the opportunities available for young people to contribute to meaningful social and environmental change. The initiative is based on the belief that an aware, skilled, and responsible generation can create the foundation for long-term positive change. Through campus visits and direct engagement with students, OAB Foundation aims to build meaningful connections, exchange ideas, and create opportunities for young people to work together for society and the environment. At the end of the session, interested students were encouraged to become involved in OAB Foundation’s various programmes and use their skills, time, ideas, and initiative as tools for positive change. The session at the CVASU Faculty of Fisheries marks the beginning of a broader campus outreach journey. OAB Foundation plans to gradually expand the initiative to universities, colleges, and schools across Chattogram, creating stronger connections with young people and encouraging a new generation of responsible, aware, skilled, and change-oriented youth.
