OAB Foundation successfully organized the Conscious Children, Safe Future child awareness programme at Ramkrishnapur Government Primary School, Birampur, Dinajpur, on 09 August 2026.
The programme was designed to promote child safety and create greater awareness among children about personal protection, good touch and bad touch, and personal hygiene. The learning sessions were conducted through child-friendly and engaging methods, including storytelling, interactive discussions, graffiti, visual learning, and practical activities.
Rather than simply listening to the sessions, children actively participated in different activities, asked questions, shared their thoughts, and learned how to respond to different situations and take appropriate steps to stay safe.
The programme emphasized that children should have the knowledge and confidence to identify unsafe situations, understand personal boundaries, seek help from trusted adults, and maintain good hygiene in their everyday lives.
OAB Foundation believes that educating one child can contribute to creating awareness within an entire family, while a safe childhood provides the foundation for a healthier, safer, and more dignified future.
The programme was organized by OAB Foundation with support from OAB Learning Academy as part of its continued commitment to child protection, personal safety, education, and community awareness.
