OAB Foundation successfully organized a day-long Training on Climate Leadership: Renewable Energy & Advocacy Campaign on 15 August 2026 at Nazrul Academy, Birampur, Dinajpur.
The training was organized with the collaboration of Youth for CARE and The Earth Society, with the aim of strengthening the knowledge, skills, and leadership capacity of young people to respond to climate change and growing environmental challenges.
The day-long training covered a range of important topics, including Climate Action, Environment, Renewable Energy, Clean Air, and Advocacy Campaign. Through interactive discussions, question-and-answer sessions, open discussions, and participatory learning activities, participants had the opportunity to explore key climate and environmental challenges and identify practical ways to contribute to positive change.
Special emphasis was placed on developing youth leadership and advocacy skills so that young people can take informed action, raise awareness, engage with communities, and contribute to effective climate initiatives at the local level.
The training also highlighted the importance of renewable energy and clean air in building healthier, more resilient, and sustainable communities. Participants were encouraged to become active climate leaders and contribute their knowledge, skills, and ideas to addressing environmental challenges in their own communities.
