Courtesy Meeting with Chief Waste Management Officer, DNCC

On 28 October 2025, a team from OAB Foundation conducted a courtesy meeting with the Chief Waste Management Officer of Dhaka North City Corporation, Commodore A. B. M. Shamsul Alam (E), PSC, BN. During the meeting, a constructive discussion was held regarding the initiative titled “Social Movement for Ensuring Waste Management at the Banks of Rampura Narai River/Canal.” The conversation focused on addressing waste accumulation issues and promoting sustainable waste management practices in the area. The Chief Waste Management Officer appreciated the initiative and expressed support for the organization’s efforts. He also assured future cooperation and necessary assistance in implementing environmental improvement activities. OAB Foundation reaffirmed its commitment to continuing efforts toward building a clean, green, and sustainable Rampura through community engagement and environmental action.
